1.You don’t need to be thin, or in shape to do pole fitness. Pole is a great way to lose weight and get healthy.

2. Have fun while you get into shape! You don’t need a dance background, rhythm or coordination to do pole. No fitness background   required to participate!

 3. Pole classes are for everyone…shape, size, and fitness level.  Most students are ordinary people i.e. doctors, parents, teachers, nurses, and even senior citizens, etc. Pole fitness is for everyone!

4. You won’t dread going to do your workout.
