Pole Basics

Beginners Welcome! Learn the fundamentals of pole fitness through basic spins, climbs, form and technique. No fitness or dance background required!

Prerequisites – None.

Key Moves Learned – Basic spin.  Climbing the pole.

Pole Intermediate

Designed for students familiar with basic pole mechanics and who are ready to learn slightly more difficult pole tricks. Students begin preparing for advanced moves and inversions. Students also begin combining advanced spins.

Prerequisites – Successful Completion of Pole Basics.

Pole Pro

Challenging course on inversions, advanced static positions and advanced combinations. Not for beginners.

Prerequisites – Successful completion of Pole Basics & Pole Intermediate.

Pole Mixed Level

This is a Basics-Intermediate mixed level class. New clients welcome. No fitness, or dance background required.

Pole Boot Camp

Burn fat, tone your body and improve your strength and endurance through challenging pole exercises. Class is an hour long and includes a floor warm up. No prerequisite pole classes required. All fitness levels welcome

Info for all classes

  • Class scheduling in done via our MindBody page.  You can also purchase gift cards that can be used towards classes through the MindBody page.
  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Do NOT wear oil or lotion the day of class. It is really hard to get off the pole and it’s a waste of your time because your skin won’t stick.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that gives you a full range of motion. Tanks and shorts are preferred. Heels are optional.
  • Avoid clothing with buttons and zippers. Also avoid wearing jewelry. These items can pinch your skin against the pole and/or scratch the pole.
  • Bring an exercise mat or plush towel for the floor warm-up.
  • Do not consume alcohol before coming to class. You will be turned away if you are intoxicated, or under the influence.
  • Be on time. There are a few forms you’ll have to fill out before participating.
  • 24 hour notice of cancellation required. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of your class.
  • Come ready to HAVE FUN!
