Classes

We are proud to offer a wide-range of classes tailored to meet your unique needs. We offer private and group classes. Classes are designed to increase in difficulty to gradually help clients meet their fitness goals. Each level builds upon the last, so students are always progressing.

Pole Pro’s classes are fitness based and focus on developing muscle tone and improving cardiovascular health. All classes begin with a yoga-Pilates based floor warm-up that centers on stretching, toning and warming up muscles which in effect, gradually improves strength and flexibility. The difficulty of the warm-up is also determined by the course level.

Student is personally trained by one instructor of choice for an hour. $80. Additional hours can be purchased for $50 per hour.
All pole classes are an hour and a half long and include a floor warm up. Classes are kept small (never more than ten people) to ensure you get personalized, hands on training. For class calendars and to make reservations, call or email for class schedules and reservations. Reservations are required to attend. 
Beginners Welcome! Learn the fundamentals of pole fitness through basic spins, climbs, form and technique. No fitness or dance background required! $25.
Designed for students familiar with basic pole mechanics and who are ready to learn slightly more difficult pole tricks. Students begin preparing for advanced moves and inversions. Students also begin combining advanced spins. $25 *Prerequisite required: Successful completion of Pole Basics.
Challenging course on inversions, advanced static positions and advanced combinations. This is a 4 week course that meets once a week for 1 hour and 30 minutes. $120 Not for beginners. *Prerequisite required: Successful completion of Pole Basics and Pole Intermediate.

Enrolled students are welcome to come for an hour to practice what they have learned. An instructor is present to lead a shortened warm-up and to assist students. No new material is taught. $25 per class.
Burn fat, tone your body and improve your strength and endurance through challenging pole exercises. Class is an hour long and includes a floor warm up. $25 per class. No prerequisite pole classes required. All fitness levels welcome!
Don’t see a class that fits your schedule? Get four friends together and pick a date a time that works best for you! * Minimum five guests required to create a class. All participants must be 18 or older. Subject to availability.
